Wrap not showing up in Paint Shop? Check these 6 things
Most upload problems come down to the file name, size, folder or app version. A quick checklist to get your custom wrap onto the car.
You exported a wrap, but it is not in the list in Toybox → Paint Shop → Wraps. Work through this list in order — the first two cover most cases.
- Folder name and place. On USB, the PNGs must be in a folder called exactly
Wrapsat the top level of the drive, not inside another folder. - USB format. The drive must be exFAT, FAT32, ext3 or ext4. NTFS and Mac-only formats are not read.
- File name. Use only letters, numbers, spaces, hyphens and underscores, at most 30 characters, ending in
.png. - Size. The image must be between 512×512 and 1024×1024 pixels and no larger than 1 MB.
- How many. Keep at most 10 wraps in the folder; extra files may be ignored.
- App version. Uploading from the phone needs Tesla app v4.59.0 or later: Creations → Wrap → Upload.
It shows up but looks wrong
If graphics land on the wrong panels, the wrap was made for a different version of your car. See which template fits your Tesla, then open the design in the editor and switch version.
